A glacial winter has set in. Bill and Hans, two unlucky prospectors, try to make it home with their battered dog sled. Walking through a desolate snowy valley, exhausted and empty-handed, they have no room left for mistakes. When one of the dogs can’t pull anymore and food starts to run short, the pillars of their loyalty begin to crumble.

About the filmmaker.
Guillermo de Oliveira (1986) is a film and advertising producer and director. His career as a filmmaker began with adaptations of video games into live-action short films that were very well received, including Max Payne: Valhalla (2012) or Red Dead Redemption: Seth’s Gold (2015). His feature-length debut was the Netflix documentary Unearthing Sad Hill, which won the Noves Visions Best Film Award at the Sitges Festival and was nominated for the Goya Award – the Spanish equivalent of the Academy Awards – for Best Documentary in 2019. .
