The Mirage’ is a poetic, meditative journey of Manish, who embarks on a trip to his uncle’s home with his mother as the civil war is underway. On this journey, he discovers a beggar who changes his religion for liberation, a rebellion for emancipation from capitalism. His uncle, on the other hand, wants freedom from the rebel group. Organically, he discovers three different lives each in their own way seeking to achieve the common value of liberation that seems like mirage.
